Tomorrow is officially the first day of fall. Hopefully the weather gets the memo soon and we can have fall temperatures instead of summer heat.
A Few Weeks ago I bought a Veggetti at Walgreens. It was $12-$15 dollars. It is very neat. If $15 is in your budget it is worth it to me. I tried the pasta with yellow squash and zucchini. I cooked it as directed in the recipe book that came with it. It was ok. Not exactly like pasta but a good substitute until the spaghetti squash is ready. I think it will be great for sauted veggies and salads also. It comes with a handy gourmet recipe guide.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN YOUR BOXES EACH WEEK.
